The new novel is coming along nicely, on schedule as close to my expectations as possible. It is in preliminary draft stage, and as of this writing (3/17/09) I am embarking upon the opening to Chapter 16. The book, when completed, will most likely be 23 chapters long. That is subject to change, as I am a long-winded writer who is constantly embellishing.
I hope to have the first draft completed by May 1st, and then begins the editing process, although my Editor is already working steadily, from the Prologue forward, which will shave the editing time considerably. I, too , have been editing as I write, a new technique with which I feel very comfortable.
The encouragement from a small number of friends ahs been very much appreciated. I hope to deliver something worthy of their support. Stay tuned…
